Thomas Park was acquired in fiscal year 1981 from the Belvedere Recreation Association. The land was originally owned by the Kellogg Family and gifted, as a park, to the Belvedere Recreation Association. Park amenities include a playground, basketball court, tennis court, greenspace, and picnic area.
